A real reply.

Everything reaches the same place: support@scripthaul.com. A subject line from the list below helps it get answered faster.

Something didn't work

Email support@scripthaul.com with the job page link (the /job/… address) or the YouTube URL you submitted, and roughly when you tried. That's everything needed to trace what happened. Quick answers to the common cases — missing captions, paused fetching, the 500-video batches — are already in the FAQ.

Copyright and takedown requests

Rights holders should use the DMCA and takedown process, which lists exactly what a valid notice needs. Notices sent there are acted on; cached material can be removed and blocked from future processing.

Privacy requests

Email with the subject “Privacy request” and include the job URL if there is one — the Privacy Policy explains what we hold (deliberately little) and your rights.

Sponsorships and partnerships

Interested in reaching people who work with YouTube content — researchers, note-takers, creators, and AI builders? Email with the subject “Sponsorship”. One tasteful placement, never on the landing page.

Honest expectations: this is a small, independent operation. Mail is read by a person and typically answered within a few days — takedown and privacy requests first.
